Gifts and Faults
Addiction to Gambling
Enemy ("Slippery" Pete, a loan shark to whom Smith is indebted).
Cybernetic Arms (2 round charging, 5 +1 bonuses)
Agent Smith has a gambling problem, and so he was given the "Addiction to Gambling" fault. This gave him two gifts (one by default, one from the fault) which he traded in for a supernormal power. He was given another fault ("Slippery" Pete, his loan shark) to pay for the +1 (Very Skilled) rating on his supernormal power skill "Cybernetic Striking". Finally, he was given a 2 round charge on his Cybernetic Arms Supernormal Power to give him five +1 bonuses per round instead of 4.
